Our high-throughput, automated workflow on OptoBot® 1000 or its series products isolates target single cells from transient co-cultures for downstream analysis, enabling multidimensional, single-cell resolution characterization of T cell potency. Images captured during isolation allow for the tracking of specific cells or cell types. Ideal for assays involving the co-culture of multiple cell types, our platform correlates on-chip phenotypic data with single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) results. Our unique approach connects single-cell functional assessments with genomic data, providing integrated insights into the biology of individual T cells.

T Cell Profiling Kit

Uncover Hidden Depths of T Cell Function with the OptoBot® T Cell Profiling Kit. The platform can evaluate the function of individual T cells from multiple dimensions, including cytokine secretion, cell surface markers, and dynamic killing of target cells. It outputs precise functional kinetic parameters and time-series data, enabling a direct correlation between a cell's "functional phenotype" and its "genotype/transcriptome". This reveals complex relationships between functional outputs that cannot be obtained with traditional methods.
