Subsequent sequencing and bioinformatics analysis are performed to align sequencing data with antibody functional data in a one-to-one correspondence, ultimately obtaining specific antibody sequences. The volume of one microwell of OptoBot® 1000 is approximately one hundred-thousandth the size of one hole of 384-well plate.
